The role involves supporting the legal team, particularly in compliance, regulatory affairs, contracts, and corporate law. The successful candidate will manage compliance processes and ensure alignment with German regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on compliance, corporate, and contractual matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.

• Develop and implement compliance programs.

Key Requirements:

• Law degree and admission to practice in Germany.

• Strong experience in compliance and corporate law.

• Fluent in German and English.
