state or territoryBoard certification in Hematology or Medical OncologyMinimum of 5 years of clinical experience in your specialtyMinimum of 2 years of recent clinical practice relevant to case reviewsActively engaged in direct patient care (minimum 20 clinical hours per month)Hospital privileges in your specialtyFluent in English (strong reading and writing skills required)
