The Real Estate team plays a key role in deploying capital across direct investments, joint ventures, and fund commitments, with a focus on high-quality assets that deliver long-term, risk-adjusted returns.

The team manages a dynamic portfolio of real estate investments across commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial, and logistics sectors globally.

Role Overview

The fund is seeking a talented and driven Senior Analyst to join its Real Estate Private Equity team. Based in Dubai, you will play a key role in the evaluation, execution, and management of real estate transactions worldwide. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, high-profile transactions, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of a prestigious global platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of real estate equity and joint venture investments globally
• Build and review complex financial models and investment memoranda
• Conduct detailed market, asset, and partner due diligence
• Prepare materials for investment committees and senior decision-makers
• Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management activities
• Assist in strategic reviews of the real estate portfolio and new market entry initiatives

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking (real estate coverage), or real estate investment management
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of real estate markets, investment structures, and key value drivers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
