Position: Investment Banking Associate – Frankfurt (Fluent German Required)

A prestigious global investment banking advisory firm is looking to hire an Investment Banking Associate to join their growing Frankfurt office. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with senior bankers on live M&A transactions, financial restructurings, and strategic advisory mandates across sectors
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, financial models, and transaction materials
• Conduct due diligence, market research, and client analysis to support deal execution and origination
• Engage directly with clients and other stakeholders as a trusted advisor

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or a closely related financial services environment
• A strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction processes
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the confidence to contribute to high-level strategic discussions
• Fluency in German and English is a must
• A strong academic background (e.g., business, finance, economics, or related field)
