Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of investments from origination through to closing.
Build and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance and LBO models where appropriate.
Perform valuation analysis, scenario modelling and investment sensitivity analysis.
Coordinate and assess technical, commercial, legal and financial due diligence processes.
Conduct market research and industry analysis across energy infrastructure and energy transition sectors, including renewables, electricity networks, energy storage and integrated energy platforms.
Prepare investment papers, presentations and materials for internal Investment Committees.
Support portfolio management activities, including financial performance monitoring and value creation initiatives.
Work closely with senior investment professionals, portfolio company management teams and external advisers throughout transaction execution and asset ownership.
Candidate Profile
5–7 years of relevant experience gained within:
Infrastructure or Private Equity investing
Investment Banking (M&A, Power & Utilities, Infrastructure or Energy)
Project Finance
Energy or Infrastructure Advisory
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
Proven experience executing complex M&A or infrastructure transactions.
Demonstrated interest in energy transition and infrastructure investing.
Excellent academic credentials.
Fluent English is essential; additional European languages would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, commercial judgement, and the ability to thrive within a high-performing, entrepreneurial investment team.
