An independent corporate finance advisory boutique is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its growing team in Frankfurt. With a strong sector focus on Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT), the firm has advised on transactions totaling over €250 billion across mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and capital markets.

Following a strategic merger with a UK-based advisory firm, the platform now operates with enhanced reach across the UK, DACH, and Benelux regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A, growth capital, and capital markets transactions
• Conduct financial modeling, company and industry analysis, and valuation work
• Prepare marketing materials, investor presentations, and data room documentation
• Work directly with senior leadership and clients across multiple geographies
• Contribute to strategic advisory workstreams in both private and public markets

Candidate Profile

• 1 – 6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private capital transactions
• Demonstrated financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Strong interest or prior experience in the TMT sector or infrastructure-related transactions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a lean, high-performance team
• Fluency in both German and English is required
• Outstanding academic track record in finance, economics, business, or a related field
