Role Overview
The Investment Manager will focus on asset management, financial modeling, and investment execution for a strategic minority stake in a German regulated power utilities company and other infrastructure assets. The role includes M&A processes, fundraising, investor relations, and cross-functional coordination within the fund structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Management & Financial Modeling : Maintain models, analyze performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Investment Execution : Screen, analyze, and execute infrastructure private equity investments across Europe and North America.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations : Prepare investment materials, support fundraising, and engage with investors.
- Stakeholder Management : Work closely with fund management, tax, legal, and operations teams, as well as external partners.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Private Equity, or Infrastructure Investment.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, especially in regulated infrastructure assets.
- German native speaker and fluent in English.
