We are working with an established international financial advisory firm looking to strengthen its Transaction Services team in Zurich.
This opportunity is suited to professionals with a strong background in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services or related deal advisory work who are interested in gaining broader transaction exposure and progressing their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for corporate and private equity clients.
- Analyse financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital and cash flow.
- Identify key transaction risks and value drivers.
- Prepare financial analyses, transaction reports and client presentations.
- Work closely with senior team members and clients throughout the transaction process.
- Support the execution of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Requirements:
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or a closely related advisory function.
- Background in a Big Four firm preferred, although other relevant advisory backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong financial analysis, accounting and commercial skills.
- Previous exposure to M&A transactions and financial due diligence.
- Fluent English and German
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a transaction-driven environment.
