Position Overview :
- Implementation Specialists operate as part of a 5-7 member engagement team, led by an Engagement Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Driving the execution and success of large-scale transformations sponsored by the client CEO, using a proven methodology focused on optimization and implementation.
- Working directly on-site with clients across all levels, from C-suite to front-line staff, taking ownership of specific transformation areas.
- Delivering transformational outcomes within your area by role-modeling, coaching, and influencing clients to drive success and performance.
- Gaining broad industry experience across public and private companies globally, exposed to various business functions.

- The role offers flexibility in location; consultants work on client sites, requiring weekly travel but not relocation.
Career Progression and Compensation :

The positions and expected tenure are:
- Implementation Specialist I : Expected tenure: 1-2 engagement cycles (6-12 months)
- Implementation Specialist II : Expected tenure: 2-3 engagement cycles (12 months)
- Senior Implementation Specialist : Expected tenure: 3-4 engagement cycles (18 months)
- Managing Partner : Entry point determined by background and experience; career path evaluated individually.
Candidate Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 2-8 years of success in management roles within Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Project Management, or Engineering
- Willingness to travel weekly and work on client sites (expenses paid)
- Legal right to work full-time in the US without sponsorship
- Currently residing in Germany
- Personal attributes: curiosity, leadership passion, positivity, discipline, commitment, integrity
- Ability to maintain professionalism, work under pressure, seek growth, and develop skills rapidly
- Legal right to work in Germany; ability to obtain necessary passports if needed
