By leveraging your own real-world C-level or senior operational experience, you will relate to and motivate senior leaders to commit to transformational engagements—engagements that you will personally originate, structure, and shepherd into execution.As MPBD, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and influence, engaging in sophisticated, high-trust conversations that ultimately lead to enterprise-wide change.
