About the Role
The Managing Partner Delivery (MPD) is our most senior delivery leader—owning client satisfaction, engagement outcomes, and revenue growth across a $4M–$8M book of business. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive client leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation engagements (Stage 1 → Stage 2)
- Own executive client relationships (CEO, CFO, COO level)
- Drive measurable financial results tied directly to EBITDA improvement
- Convert assessments into full-scale engagements and expand accounts
- Oversee multiple engagements while mentoring senior delivery teams
- Ensure rigorous adherence to Brooks methodology and performance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Executive-level leadership experience in consulting or operations
- Proven track record delivering measurable financial results
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to grow accounts and generate referrals
- Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in high-pressure environments
