Tasks Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and consult with departments. Assist in quotations, monitor calculations, and perform post-calculations. Support quarterly/annual statements per HGB and corporate planning. Manage the company accounting sheet (BAB) and inventory valuation. Oversee liquidity planning and receivables management. Provide analyses, ad-hoc evaluations, and monthly reports. Improve reporting systems and implement new solutions. Profile Completed training in business, controlling, or economics, with a focus on controlling. 2-3 years of cost accounting or controlling experience, ideally in manufacturing or mechanical engineering. Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with Diamond/ISAH is a plus. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and quick-thinking abilities. Initiative, teamwork, and excellent communication skills. Fluent in German with good English proficiency.
