Your Responsibilities Depending on the position that best matches your profile, your main responsibilities may include: Responding to customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions. Providing technical assistance and helping users resolve their issues. Communicating with customers by phone, chat, or email. Analyzing, reviewing, and categorizing content or data as part of Generative AI-related projects. Identifying users’ needs and ensuring a high level of service and follow-up. Contributing to the continuous improvement of services through your feedback and expertise. What We’re Looking For Professional fluency in Dutch, Danish, German, French or Italian. B2/C1 level of English (internal communication is conducted in English). Excellent communication skills. Comfortable using digital tools and working in technology-driven environments. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach. A strong desire to learn, grow, and work in an international environment. Previous experience in customer service, sales, technology, or a digital environment is a plus, but junior candidates are also welcome depending on the available opportunities.
