In this role you plan and develop the control hardware for our machines, laying a foundation for reliable, standards-compliant software implementations. You act as the central link between software, mechanical design, and workshop, shaping the product development process and ensuring long-term maintainability. You oversee component lifecycles, retrofit projects, and special orders, driving efficient realization with clear technical documentation. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable control solutions. Your impact spans design, documentation, and ongoing optimization within a small, dynamic team.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Plan and develop control hardware for machines and ensure standards compliance
- Create and maintain circuit diagrams, BOMs, and master data in electrical CAD and ERP systems
- Serve as the central interface between software, mechanical design, and workshop to manage information flow
- Oversee lifecycle of control and electrical components, including retrofits and ongoing maintenance
- Handle special orders: clarify requirements with customer service, create items/BOMs/schematics, coordinate external service providers, and document in the PLM system
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics
- Practical experience in mechanical engineering or industrial automation
- Solid knowledge of relevant electrical planning standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Proficiency in EPLAN P8, ELCAD, or similar electrical CAD systems
- Clear communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Fluent in German with good English skills
- Willingness to work at both headquarters in Rüti and location in Haldenstein
