We are partnering with a leading global financial services platform seeking a Senior Fund Accounting Manager to oversee their Retail Funds / UCITS platform in Frankfurt.
This role is suited to an experienced fund professional with a strong background in UCITS, retail funds and fund accounting operations, who has experience managing senior teams and overseeing complex fund structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fund accounting oversight for a portfolio of UCITS / Retail Funds
- Manage and develop a team of senior professionals, including oversight of SVP-level team members
- Oversee NAV processes, fund reporting and accounting activities
- Manage relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and third-party service providers
- Ensure strong operational governance, controls and regulatory standards
- Partner with key functions including operations, risk, compliance and technology
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
Requirements:
- Significant experience within UCITS, retail funds, fund accounting or fund administration
- Strong understanding of NAV, financial reporting and fund operations
- Experience gained within a global financial services organisation, fund administrator, custodian or asset servicing environment
- Proven experience managing senior teams
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of European fund structures and regulatory requirements
