We are partnering with a leading global financial services platform seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accounting Manager to join their team, supporting the delivery and oversight of their Special Funds offering.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced fund accounting professional with strong expertise across fund operations, financial reporting and operational governance, looking to take ownership of a key area within a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee fund accounting activities across a portfolio of Special Funds
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external service providers
- Provide oversight of NAV production, financial reporting and accounting processes
- Ensure robust controls, governance frameworks and regulatory standards are maintained
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of experienced professionals
- Support audit, risk and compliance activities
- Drive operational improvements and efficiencies across fund accounting processes
Requirements:
- Strong experience within fund accounting, fund administration or investment operations
- Experience working with Special Funds or complex investment structures
- Proven xayajpt experience managing teams within a financial services environment
- Strong understanding of NAV, financial reporting and fund accounting processes
- Experience working with institutional clients and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
