Bruker India is looking for an experienced Product Portfolio Master - High End Technologies MRMS and timsOmni to be based in based in Bremen, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for trouble shooting of complex cases together with international Bruker colleagues or customers that are deemed hard to solve and require an in-depth product experience across the board
- Acts as an early adaptor for new instrument roll outs within the Global Remote Solution Center
- Coordinates the necessary service operations on site in cooperation with the in-field service department
- Recommendation of relevant spare parts for onsite repairs
- Coverage of a complete product portfolio with high expertise
MRMS
- Technical support for complex issues to international Bruker colleagues dealing with the relevant Bruker product portfolio on a global scale.
- Provides customer support on complex/ complicated issues remotely (via phone, E-Mail or remote access).
- Logging all support and service assignments in the customer management system (SalesForce CRM).
- Global Training/ Trainer for field service engineers (including content generation).
- Global coordination of installations and knowledge transfer.
- Occasional travel within Europe to provide support with complex repairs.
timsOmni
- Coordination (structuring) of internal knowledge transfer on a global scale (e.g. workshops, regular meetings).
- Hyphenation of service and application support to bring both parties together and ensure various applications running successfully on customer systems.
Both product lines
- Active and continuous contributions to internationally escalated cases and to key R&D projects.
- Launch Success Management.
- Responsible for sharing key knowledge and continuous contribution to all knowledge transfer tools (e.g. SalesForce, Meetings, chatter groups, etc.).
- Moderation of international meetings over adjacent departments.
- Active and continuous contributions to internal training within the Global Remote Solution Center.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of engineering or natural sciences or technical training
- At least 10 years of experience with Bruker products and within the Bruker Service Organization
- In-depth and proven experience and knowledge in handling the complete relevant product portfolio
- Vast experience in electrical engineering, physical engineering, biotechnology, analytical chemistry, or related fields
