We are seeking a Local HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our location in Ettlingen!
Responsibilities
The Local HR Business Partner aligns the organization\’s people strategy with its business strategy. Acting as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, the HRBP serves as an employee champion and change agent. They assess and anticipate HR-related needs and communicate proactively with the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partner : Collaborate with the business to develop and implement HR strategies supporting business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough and objective investigations.
- Performance Management: Guide and support business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and HR policies.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and executive coaching requirements.
- Change Management: Lead HR projects and initiatives supporting organizational change, consulting with the global HR BP on employment law, policies, and audit requirements.
- HR Assignments and Projects: Engage in HR projects in close collaboration with the global HR BP.
- Business Support: Assist in implementing business strategies and handling HR matters like leaves and escalations after consulting with the global HR BP.
- Value-Added Activities: Focus on activities that deliver direct HR value to the business.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison for the global HR BP on local business topics, ensuring efficient cooperation with the Bruker Service Center.
- Country Management Support: Support HR Country Management on various business-related topics.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor\’s degree; further training or HR-relevant certifications/diplomas are advantageous.
- Work experience of at least 3-5 years is desirable.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English (minimum C1 level).
- Respective labor law knowledge.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Change management skills.
- High communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
