We are seeking an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Act as the contact person for our business in designing and implementing innovative sales solutions with SAP SD in our global SAP S/4HANA system.
2. Manage the entire development process, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and stable operation of solutions.
3. Optimize existing processes using innovative technologies to support digital transformation.
4. Participate in overarching working groups and communities of practice to help shape our technological foundations.
5. Integrate adjacent systems as part of the product development process.
6. Conduct training sessions to educate our key user community.
7. Improve existing business processes by resolving support tickets and contribute to process improvement and harmonization.
8. Manage external implementation service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Excellent communication skills; for the Porto office, English at C1 level is required. For the Ettlingen position, proficiency in German is also necessary.
• Process and SAP module experience in SD, with overview knowledge in areas like Global Trade, Customer Service, Finance, MM.
• 35 years of proven international experience in SAP sales consulting, implementation, and support.
• Ability to manage conflict situations.
• Capability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and work autonomously.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change.
• A strong sense of responsibility.
• Solution-oriented work attitude.
• Team player with good time management skills.

We are open to candidates who can work in a hybrid model in Ettlingen, Germany, or Porto, Portugal.
