Location: Thun, Switzerland For more information, please visit Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten Design and execute experiments to demonstrate product capabilities and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders Lead customer demonstrations as well as method and application development activities Build and maintain collaborations with international reference customers Partner with Sales teams and provide technical expertise throughout the customer engagement process Perform instrument installations and deliver customer training at customer sites Contribute to the creation of technical and application-focused marketing materials Develop test protocols and technical documentation for manuals and production transfer activities Act as a technical liaison between Research, Engineering, Software Development, Production, Quality, and Global Service Advise customers on experimental design, applications, and data interpretation Deliver technical knowledge through documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives Support system characterization, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations of complex instrument issues Qualifikationen Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Physics, or a related field PhD preferred Strong expertise in mass spectrometry and associated technologies Experience in application and method development, sample preparation, and data analysis Ability to interpret and present scientific results Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer Knowledge of method validation and statistical analysis Fluent in English; German is an asset Willingness to travel up to 25% #J-18808-Ljbffr
