SAP S/4HANA Specialist – Production Planning (PP/QM) | Key User (m/f/d)
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Specialist to join our team and support the continuous development and optimization of production planning processes within an industrial environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze existing SAP processes in production planning and identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on SAP S/4HANA modules (PP, PS, EWM)
- Act as a Key User and support the production planning department in the ongoing development, maintenance, and user enablement of SAP systems
- Translate business requirements from production planners into technical SAP solutions, including customization and development
- Design and implement enhancements to existing applications as well as new SAP solutions
- Maintain and update process documentation, prepare training materials, and deliver user training sessions
- Support production planning through material master data maintenance in SAP
- Actively participate in network planning and maintenance within the SAP system
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in development, implementation, and support of ERP systems in an industrial environment
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially modules PP and QM , with additional knowledge of BI (data aggregation and reporting)
- Ability to understand end-user needs and translate them into clear technical requirements
- Several years of experience in production planning, production control, and master data management (experience in the defense industry is a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Good command of German and English (spoken and written - must!)
