You have several years of leadership and management experience in an international development organization, ideally in an industrial setting.
You combine in-depth expertise in power electronics with extensive experience in the development of complex power electronics systems.
You understand the interrelationships between hardware, software, and system development and can successfully steer development activities throughout the entire product development process.
You know how to successfully lead international teams, provide targeted professional development for employees, and implement sustainable change processes.
You think strategically and entrepreneurially, act proactively, and demonstrate a strong focus on decision-making and results.
