What you will move in this role:
Applications
- Operation, support, and continuous development of our business applications (ERP, Finance, CRM, and DMS systems)
- Handling incidents, implementing service requests, and driving continuous improvements and upgrades
Data & Business Intelligence
- Managing data integrations and interfaces while ensuring data quality
- Developing and enhancing reporting and BI solutions (Power BI) as well as performing analyses and evaluations (SQL)
AI-Supported Development
- Developing small tools, automations, and prototypes using modern AI coding assistants
- Leveraging AI to increase efficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
Business & Processes
- Serving as the point of contact for business departments (particularly Finance & Controlling) regarding application-related questions
- Gathering, analyzing, and implementing business requirements as well as continuously optimizing business processes
What skills and experience you should bring:
- Completed degree in Business Information Systems (University of Applied Sciences/University) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the operation or support of business applications, ideally ERP systems
- Solid SQL skills and experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and an enthusiasm for implementing solutions quickly and pragmatically
- Basic knowledge of a scripting language (e.g., Python or PowerShell); experience with Infor, d.velop d.3, or Lobster is an advantage
- Strong understanding of business processes as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Very good German and good English language skills
