Ihre Aufgaben:

• Ensure quality on site: You support infrastructure projects directly on site, supervise the proper execution of construction work and keep quality, schedules and project progress under control.
• Plan infrastructure with foresight: You contribute to the technical planning of demanding infrastructure projects and develop practical, reliable solutions together with project stakeholders.
• Keep projects moving: You coordinate project stakeholders, schedules and workflows and ensure that even complex projects progress in a structured and goal-oriented way.
• Bring interfaces together: You work closely with clients, planners, construction companies and other project stakeholders, ensuring clear and reliable coordination throughout the project.
• Make project progress transparent: You document relevant project developments, decisions and deviations, creating transparency for everyone involved.
• Take responsibility: You actively contribute your expertise, make well-founded decisions and take responsibility for your area of work and the overall success of the project.

Ihr Profil:

• Technical vocational training, further qualification or university degree related to construction, rail or infrastructure
• Professional experience in a field relevant to our projects
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
• Good to very good German language skills
• Willingness to take responsibility within projects
