To support our Group Finance team on a temporary basis from January to August 2027 , we are looking for an experienced finance professional who delivers valuable insights and reporting to support financial decision-making across the Bucherer Group.
Your role with us
- Support monthly closing activities, management reporting and performance analysis across the Group
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
- Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making
- Lead Marketing Controlling activities, including budget planning, spend monitoring, ROI analysis and campaign performance evaluation
- Oversee Investment Controlling through business case assessments, capital expenditure analyses and post-investment reviews
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within reporting and planning processes while supporting strategic projects and ad hoc analyses
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Controlling, Accounting, Finance or a comparable qualification in financial management
- Proven experience in FP&A, Controlling, Finance Business Partnering or Corporate Finance
- Experience within retail, luxury retail or consumer goods is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, marketing controlling and investment analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar reporting solutions
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
