pTo support our Group Finance team on a temporary basis from January to August 2027, we are looking for an experienced finance professional who delivers valuable insights and reporting to support financial decision-making across the Bucherer Group. /p h3bYour role with us /b /h3 ul liSupport monthly closing activities, management reporting and performance analysis across the Group /li liContribute to budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes /li liPartner with business leaders to deliver financial insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making /li liLead Marketing Controlling activities, including budget planning, spend monitoring, ROI analysis and campaign performance evaluation /li liOversee Investment Controlling through business case assessments, capital expenditure analyses and post-investment reviews /li liDrive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within reporting and planning processes while supporting strategic projects and ad hoc analyses /li /ul h3bWhat you bring to the role /b /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Controlling, Accounting, Finance or a comparable qualification in financial management /li liProven experience in FPA, Controlling, Finance Business Partnering or Corporate Finance /li liExperience within retail, luxury retail or consumer goods is an advantage /li liStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, marketing controlling and investment analysis /li liAdvanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar reporting solutions /li liExcellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities /li liFluent in German and English, both written and spoken /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
