Tasks
- Processing and posting current business transactions as part of financial accounting for our companies and customers
- Supervision of day-to-day operations as well as accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
- Realisation of monthly and annual financial statements including tax returns according to HGB as well as group reporting within the specified deadlines
- Carrying out payment transactions for the Group companies and monitoring account balances
- Preparation of monthly business analyses and statistics
- Preparation of documents for tax audits
- Collaboration with tax consultants and auditors
- Support and configuration of accounting settings in the customer’s ERP tool
We are looking for
Qualification
- Completed commercial or comparable training as an accountant
- At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably with a focus on accounting and annual financial statements
- Good experience with DATEV accounting or relevant financial accounting software
- High IT affinity and interest in digital work are an advantage
- Team player with high self-motivation and commitment to optimize existing processes
- Willingness to undergo further training and interest in current developments in the field of accounting and financial reporting
