Your responsibilities
- Building and developing our product portfolio in the field of probiotics, postbiotics and functional microorganisms
- Identifying new market trends, applications and business opportunities
- Providing technical and commercial support to our sales team
- Managing and developing international supplier partnerships
- Advising our customers on product applications and formulations
- Preparing technical product documentation, presentations and market analyses
- Supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Attending international trade fairs and industry events
- Working closely with sales, procurement, marketing and quality management
Your profile
- Experience in product management, business development, technical sales, procurement or marketing of functional ingredients, food supplements, foodstuffs, pet food or related sectors
- An interest in probiotics, gut health, the microbiome and functional health solutions
- A technical understanding of ingredients and their applications
- Enjoyment of building new product categories and markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers and suppliers
- Excellent command of German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
