You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and workplace safety, managing large-scale deployments of computer vision and AI-powered safety solutions across complex, dynamic industrial and construction sites.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead global deployments and scaling of Buddywise for major enterprise clients.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of large deployments—from initial live rollouts to scaling across clients\' global operations.
You will align product, tech and customer success teams to implement plans and ensure the seamless deployment of AI software and, in some cases, physical hardware components.
This includes vendor negotiations, establishing robust network connectivity solutions, and supporting frontline users and technicians to install and adopt the system in facilities.

Roadmaps: Execute rollout strategy for large-scale AI safety monitoring, transitioning enterprise clients from single-site deployments to live operations and scaling to hundreds or thousands of sites.
- Bridge Tech and Reality: Align with product and tech teams to connect software roadmaps with on-site hardware deployment realities.
- Hardware & Vendor
Management: Manage physical components of solutions, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and creating blueprints for power, internet connectivity, and edge computing devices.
- On-the-Ground Execution: Collaborate hands-on with clients\' local teams at installation sites to ensure smooth deployments.
- Empower the Frontline: Train and enable frontline users, creating scalable documentation and training materials.

Governance: Lead communication and project governance with internal teams and external enterprise stakeholders, drive progress, resolve roadblocks, and measure outcomes.

- What We\'re Looking For
- Must-Haves: 5+ years in project management or deployment operations, with experience leading complex software and hardware rollouts.
Proven track record in dynamic, real-world deployments (e. g., construction sites, industrial facilities, or large infrastructure).
Vendor and hardware experience with procurement, supply chain scaling, and negotiating hardware or connectivity solutions.
Strong cross-functional translation skills between software teams and field workers.
Willingness to travel to industrial sites.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives.
Startup-friendly in scale-up environments.
Excellent written and spoken English.
