Design, implement, and maintain visualization software, including C# backend services and Angular‑based frontend applications.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into robust automation and software solutions aligned with engineering standards and best practices.
Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, process, and project teams, including close cooperation with our development team in China.
Support machine commissioning, troubleshooting, optimization, and 3rd‑level support for machine control systems and related services, both remotely and on‑site when required.
Skills and Qualifications Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field, ideally from a University of Applied Sciences or ETH.
Several years of experience in industrial automation, with solid knowledge of PLC programming, machine control software, relevant automation standards, C# backend development, and ideally Angular, Type Script, HTML, and CSS frontend development.
Good understanding of software engineering principles, including modular design, testing, version control, and documentation, combined with analytical thinking, strong problem‑solving skills and deployment strategies as well as willingness to learn data science, data analytics, and machine learning methods for industrial applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in interdisciplinary teams, along with very good English and good German skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10% per year.
