h3Lead and manage project teams across internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and, where applicable, consortium partners, coordinating effectively with external interfaces to deliver complex projects. Own PL for assigned projects, delivering on time, within budget and cash targets, and at the required quality while actively optimizing margin. Ensure adherence to Bühler directives and EHS standards, embedding compliance and a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle /h3 h3This is where you'll excel /h3 ul liLead up to complex projects with PL accountability. /li liBuild and develop a capable and motivated engineering team and hub, establishing foundational processes and culture. /li liSupervise the final negotiations for the allocated project and provides the execution strategy. /li liEnsures that the project schedule baseline is signed by the involved parties at the start of the project. /li liManage and lead the project team in order to achieve and further improve the cost, schedule, quality and EHS targets. /li liPerform proper risk and opportunity management /li liPrepare and perform Project Reviews as requested, report as Bühler Project Management process /li liResponsible for the site briefing meeting; Ensures that all site relevant documents are handed over to site personnel /li liLiaise with the Project Management Office to establish, implement and maintain operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction /li liEnsure forecasting accuracy and monitor project KPIs including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI), timely Turnover (TO) and manual TO Pulls if needed, to drive project success. /li /ul h3These are the skills you'll need /h3 ul liBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering /li liMinimum 10 years as Project Manager or proof of sufficient skills /li liFull cycle project management experience /li liProven experience in handling turnkey projects /li liCommercial knowledge for assessing business risks and opportunities to undertake commercial negotiations /li liStrong planning, organizing and priority setting skills, with a proven ability to manage teams /li liProfessional proficiency in English /li /ul h3Questions?
