Impactful. /h3 ul liResponsible for business partnering and the development of the consolidated enterprise operating plans and forecasts /li liLeading the development and implementation of performance management framework, scorecards and metrics (KPIs) to assist Corporate and Business Unit managers in achieving annual plan objectives and assessing and measuring key strategies /li liAccountable for the information and data model of finance and the business /li liAccountable for target setting and securing targets are set in accordance to group strategy /li liSupporting the executive leadership with finance driven insights for decision-making incl. profitability analyses, business cases etc.m /liliAccountable for the budget and forecasting process /li liAccountable of the team providing support for Corporate and Business Unit management with strategic initiatives and special projects and develops metrics and analyses to build a disciplined approach to measuring return on investment and free cash flow performance /li liInvolved and driving finance initiatives incl. MA activities /li liActive member of finance leadership team /li liCorporate executives and business leaders /li /ul h3Your Profile – Visionary. Collaborative.
