There’s a lot going on at the Bülow Palais right now: new ideas, visible upgrades, and—in October 2026—the opening of our reimagined brasserie concept. For this, we’re looking for a hospitality professional who’s eager to play an active role in shaping this next step.
Do you love great service but dislike stiff formality? Can you keep everything under control even when breakfast, an event, and dinner service all demand your attention at the same time? If so, this could be your next step.
Your Role
Together with the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B areas. Your primary focus will be on the new brasserie, though you’ll also be flexible in moving throughout the entire property—at events, in private dining, and during breakfast service. You’ll coordinate operations, support the team on the floor, and ensure that guests feel seen, welcome, and well taken care of.

- Organize and actively oversee daily operations in collaboration with the restaurant manager
- Brief, motivate, and guide the team—and roll up your sleeves and pitch in yourself
- Ensuring smooth operations and warm, professional service
- Seamlessly combining a brasserie, events, private dining, and breakfast
- Not only introduce new standards and ideas, but also bring them to life in everyday life
- Take guest feedback to heart and learn from every service experience
What you bring with you
- Experience in upscale restaurant or hotel service, ideally with some leadership experience
- An open, positive attitude and a genuine interest in people and cultures
- Fluent German; a good command of English is strongly preferred
- Structure, reliability, and calm—even when several things are happening at once
- A passion for change and a commitment to helping reshape service in Dresden’s 5-star hotel industry
- International experience is a big plus for us
