Overview
In this role you shape and expand key business areas within a global, family-owned manufacturer of process measurement and control technologies. You collaborate across R&D, production, sales and external partners to forecast trends, validate them with customers, and translate technical concepts into business value. You drive proactive market responses and help define new business models and partnerships. Your work supports growth through international networks and strategic collaborations.

- Further develop existing business fields and open new ones
- Participate in strategy development processes
- Forecast technical, market and application trends and validate with customers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor trends
- Ensure proactive response to evolving markets and economic conditions
- Leverage international networks and represent the company in relevant associations
- Create analytical principles for business models and develop them with appropriate tools
- Support determination of customer value and product definitions with marketing/design and portfolio teams
- Identify and coordinate collaboration with strategic partners for current projects
- Act as strategic interface between customers, users and competitors
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering (Fluidics, Thermal Management, Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 7 years international experience in business development, key account management, or project leadership in data center cooling, HVAC, or fluidics
- Proven track record delivering liquid cooling projects (direct-to-chip, immersion, CDU skids)
- Established global network within the data center ecosystem and ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives
- Strong cross-cultural leadership; fluent English; German/other languages a plus; willingness to travel globally (40–50%)
