Your mission

Your mission: Do you love designing creative content and driving the success of innovative products? As an Inbound Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind our measures to generate new customer inquiries. With your flair for content, design and trends, you will inspire our target group and build a strong connection with potential customers. Your goal: rousing campaigns and well thought-out strategies that increase our brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Your role:
In your role as Inbound Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will develop and implement effective marketing measures that are perfectly tailored to our target group. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing and publishing content on various platforms and play a key role in increasing the reach and efficiency of our marketing and sales funnels. You will work closely with our management, sales and other teams to ensure a clear and consistent message.

  • You drive our website forward : Design and maintain landing pages and content with CMS systems such as Webflow and Hubspot.
  • You create creative content: Develop and produce exciting content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) – from videos and photos to gripping texts.
  • You show who we are: Document our day-to-day work according to the “Document the Journey” principle and provide authentic insights into Building Radar.
  • You make content platform-ready : Create formats such as newsletters, blog posts or campaigns and bring them into paid and organic media in a targeted manner.
  • Optimize strategies with us : Work closely with marketing and sales to make funnel strategies, ads and email campaigns more effective.

Your profile

  • Content creation & tools: You have experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and Canva.
    Web & Funnel Management:
    You are familiar with CMS systems and funnel builders, especially with platforms such as Webflow and Hubspot.
  • Visual flair & platform knowledge: You can make content visually appealing through photography and videography and know the specific requirements of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Copywriting & addressing target groups: You know how to formulate convincing texts and address target groups precisely – in German and English.
  • Organizational and creative talent: You are creative, work independently and are able to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Performance marketing (desirable) : Ideally, you have gained initial experience in performance marketing and can optimize content specifically for ads.
