Sales Executive/ Visa and Immigration Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an Immigration Consultant/Senior Immigration Consultant with sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for meeting and counseling clients looking for immigration to various countries. Knowledge of the immigration process, including country-specific expertise in Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Schengen countries, etc., is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Generate prospects over phone calls and convert them into enrolled clients.
- Generate walk-ins to the office and counsel them for overseas opportunities and profile assessment.
- Meet sales goals and targets through negotiation and selling to customer needs.
- Keep records of client data and update it in the CRM Portal.
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Handle team responsibilities and share best practices with colleagues.
- Regularly follow up with clients, solving their queries and securing enrollments.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining products and services to generate appointments.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients.
