Based in Switzerland, our Watchmaking and Perfume divisions offer an authentic and exciting environment with great career opportunities.OpportunityTo strengthen our Assembly Manufacture based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:Quality Controller in GemologyWithin the Quality department, you ensure the inspection of diamonds and colored stones according to the House standards as well as the inspection of high watchmaking parts. You actively participate in inventories and stock monitoring and are a driving force for any continuous improvement project within the department.Control Procedures & Continuous ImprovementIn regular contact with production and suppliers, you report all useful information with a view to continuous improvement. You actively participate in the development of the quality control department for our parts with the creation of control reports under Quick Control. In collaboration with the various production sectors, you ensure the monitoring of problems encountered in a logic of resolution and continuous improvement of procedures and participate in quality meetings and continuous improvement working groups in order to exchange on the problems encountered and actively participate in solutions.BackgroundBenefiting from training in gemology or diamonds, you have initial experience in the inspection and/or sorting of diamonds and colored stones. Your knowledge of the Quick Control tool represents a significant asset. A driving force and proactive, you are recognized for your ability to propose innovative and relevant solutions. An excellent communicator, you share your knowledge and your skills allow you to collaborate effectively in the search for solutions. You pay particular attention to the quality of your work and demonstrate meticulousness and rigor.
