Main tasks:
- Processing and handling of all trades (HVAC) in accordance with HOAI service phases
- Preparation of offers and concepts
- Handover and control of planning services in cooperation with the planning team
- Support and finalisation of tenders and specifications
- Negotiations with customers and subcontractors
- Technical project management and claim management
Prerequisites:
- Completed technical studies (Diploma, Bachelor, Master), alternatively training as a technician or master craftsman specialising in supply engineering, technical building services or HVACR
- Professional experience in project management / construction management of utility systems in accordance with HOAI service phases
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CAD and project management software (e.g. MS Project, Cobalt PM)
- Organisational skills, teamwork and communication skills
- Erste Berufserfahrung
