Your sphere of activity

• Collaboration in the further development of our IT environment
• Support and administration of our web infrastructure and our member platform DSAGNet
• Requirements management for our DSAGNet: receiving member requests and validating them in close cooperation with our service providers
• Customer-oriented interface: as part of our agile team, be the bridge between members, colleagues and external developers
• Development of web strategies, concepts and assistance
• Planning and implementation of (sub-)projects
• Optimization of processes within our member platform, the IT landscape and the office
• Carrying out tenders and reviewing offers
• Development and documentation of conceptual solutions
• Selection and procurement of hardware and software
• Supporting the specialist departments with advice, analysis and troubleshooting (1st level)
• Coordination of external market partners, suppliers and service providers

Your wealth of experience

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of IT
• Strong analytical skills, networked thinking and an affinity for process optimization
• Ability to optimize workflows and describe them in processes
• In-depth interest in IT topics
• Initial experience in requirements management in software projects
• Knowledge of API, SOAP, XML and HTML is helpful
• Experience in the web and with Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint is desirable
• Personality: High customer orientation, excellent communication skills and organizational talent
• Hands-on mentality: Take the initiative to solve problems and implement ideas in a targeted manner
• Language skills: Good written and spoken German skills
• Enthusiasm for innovation: Interest in new technologies and enjoy varied tasks
