We are looking for a successor for Nuremberg and for a permanent position as IT Administrator in IT Outsourcing (m/f/d) Ref:.no. S0250303.

Your Tasks

• Supporting clients with the digitalization of their IT infrastructure and the introduction of our outsourcing solution.
• Customer support during the entire implementation process.
• Participation in the further development and improvement of the processes for commissioning in the digital setup assistant and chatbot.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience in a related field.
• Sound knowledge of operating systems, application deployment and network technologies, ideally also experience in working with Microsoft Azure.
• Careful, organized way of working.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
