Architecture Intern

Burckhardt Geneva is looking for an architecture intern to join the team working on the Physical Sciences Center of the University of Geneva – resulting from an SIA 142 architecture competition, this project brings together major architectural, urban, scientific, and environmental challenges. The future center will be located on the banks of the Arve and aims to strengthen the links between science, education, the city, and society.The project completes the science campus and articulates several worlds: a tower dedicated to research, a volume for education, as well as a shared base, designed as a place for meeting, exchange, and interaction between the campus and the city.Architecture InternWhat you will do:Depending on the progress of the project and your skills, you will participate in the production of plans, sections, and project documents, the development of architectural and construction elements, as well as the creation of graphic documents, diagrams, and renderings. You will also contribute to the research of references, materials, and architectural solutions, to the updating of digital models and working documents, as well as to internal communication with members of the project team.
