To strengthen the Project Engineering Office (PEO) in Winterthur, we are seeking a highly committed and passionate individual.
In this varied role, you are responsible for improving compressor system products, global engineering standards, bridging compressor design and system development, and supporting sales on challenging tender preparation. While being flexible to work across our product portfolio, your focus area will be in marine and hydrogen compression applications.
The main tasks of your role:
- Develop pioneering technical solutions for plant engineering and system integration & design of the entire compressor package.
- Continuously improve global engineering standards, based on market and product requirements in terms of performance, reliability, and serviceability.
- Timely and cost-optimized delivery of engineering specifications.
- Structured management of the related engineering know-how and training.
- Exchange with application and project engineers during sales and execution phase.
- Close collaboration with Lead Engineers and Product Managers in their field of expertise.
- Act as a technical expert towards clients and suppliers.
- Qualify suppliers for new products and ensure a global supply chain in cooperation with strategic procurement.
