Your Daily Contribution

• Build-up technical sales competence with our services business locally and regionally and establish knowledge-sharing globally.
• Leverage & commercialize engineering-driven service solutions together with local and regional front sales organization. Provide clarity on market potentials and competitive environment.
• Provide technical sales support in developing markets directly to local front sales organization. Lead local team of technical sales managers functionally & administratively.
• Collaborate closely with Divisional and Regional Management teams to ensure alignment with our strategic targets.

Your Profile

• Mechanical Engineer (Bsc or higher) and further education in business administration preferred.
• Experience (7 years plus) in technical sales in the rotating equipment industry.
• Strong business mindset and knowledge on relevant industry trends.
• Experience in leading a team of experts (3 years plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills in an intercultural environment.
• Proactive and problem-solving mentality.
