Join us in shaping the future: For our MARINE & OFFSHORE business unit in, we are seeking in Hamburg available at your earliest convenience, a Technical Expert Marine Customer Center (m/f/d) YOUR MISSION:✓ Classification and Statutory Support: Support of vessels for our customers based in Germany in accordance with international classification and regulatory requirements✓ Service Organization: Organization and coordination of our services in collaboration with our worldwide field service team ✓ Class Change Management: Preparation and execution of class changes and technical transitions✓ Certification & Documentation: Issuance of certificates and classification and statutory documents✓ Authority Communication: Communication and coordination with flag state administrations and authorities✓ Customer Care & Support: Customer-oriented consulting and proactive communication on technical and administrative matters✓ Availability & Readiness: Availability outside regular working hours when required YOUR SKILLS: ✓ Degree in Ship Operation Technology or equivalent technical qualification in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding or electrical engineering✓ Several years of active seafaring experience as technical officer or experience as shipping company inspector, in shipbuilding or the maritime supply industry✓ Experience as surveyor or technical expert of an IACS classification society is advantageous✓ Customer orientation and solution-oriented working approach✓ Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication) OUR OFFER✓ 30 days of annual leave + 2 additional days off (December 24th & 31st) ✓ Hybrid working model: flexible office and remote work options for greater freedom✓ Public transport pass subsidy: Deutschland-Ticket✓ Job bike & corporate benefits: attractive rates, discounts & extras✓ Continuous development: targeted training programs, career advancement✓ Occupational pension scheme: company contributions for your financial future READY TO LEAVE YOUR MARK IN A SMARTER SOCIETY?
