Operational Leadership
You coordinate all restaurant operations. You manage service periods in real time, handle peak hours and ensure compliance with Burger King procedures to deliver a smooth, efficient and flawless service.
Leader of Leaders
You lead, develop and coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members, covering recruitment, onboarding, training and performance feedback.
Performance Management
You monitor key KPIs such as sales, productivity and guest satisfaction, implementing actions to meet and exceed targets.
Scheduling & Payroll Support
You manage staff planning in line with business needs and legal requirements, supporting time tracking and payroll accuracy.
Stock & Cost Control
You oversee orders, inventory and supply management while optimizing costs and minimizing waste.
Administrative Oversight
You ensure accurate reporting, documentation and daily operational controls.
Standards, Safety & Compliance
You guarantee the highest hygiene, food safety and workplace standards and prepare the restaurant for audits.
Complex Situation Management
You handle operational challenges and sensitive situations with calm, sound judgment and leadership.
Strong leadership presence and decision-making skills
Proven experience in fast food, hospitality or team management
Solid understanding of operations, KPIs and performance tracking
High level of organization, autonomy and accountability
Local language required | English is a strong advantage
