For our headquarter in Berlin-Tempelhof we are looking for a responsible and dedicated employee for the position Operations Manager.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards in all our restaurants.
You will bring your expertise around hygiene and HACCP standards and be the interface between our Store Managers and our COO.
Together with the management, you evaluate KPI’s and develop strategies to achieve targets.
You analyze the operation processes and optimize them with regard to your feasible growth in Germany and worldwide.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- You already have experience in a similar position
- You have completed a training in system catering or a similar professional experience
- The ability to work independently and proactively
- Commitment and reliability are important for you
- You have an analytical way of thinking in combination with an hands-on attitude
- You are flexible in terms of time and enjoy going the extra mile to be a real asset to our team
- You are used to speak German and English fluently
