Aufgaben
For our headquarter in Berlin-Tempelhof we are looking for a responsible and dedicated employee for the position Operations Manager. As Operations Manager you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards in all our restaurants. You will bring your expertise around hygiene and HACC protocols and be the interface between our Store Managers and our COO. Together with the management, you evaluate KPI's and develop strategies to achieve targets. You analyze the operation processes and optimize them with regard to your feasible growth in Germany and worldwide.

- You have already gained experience in a similar position.
- You have completed vocational training in system catering or have equivalent professional experience.
- Independent thinking and working are a matter of course for you - after your extensive training you know yourself what to do.
