Plastics and Rubber Technologist (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility
- Independent operation, setup, maintenance, and programming of our injection molding machines as well as commissioning of all associated peripheral equipment
- Sampling of new injection molds
- Optimization of cycle times and work processes in production while maintaining required quality
- Independent troubleshooting and fault elimination
- Leading a small team of employees (up to 5 employees)
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or plastics molder
- Several years of professional experience in injection molding production
- Strong understanding of order and cleanliness as well as careful and independent work
- Team spirit and quick comprehension
- Strong decision-making, assertiveness, and persuasiveness
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system (early / late / night)
- Ideally, you have leadership experience in injection molding production (e.g., shift supervisor, team leader)
