Job Description
Ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and actively participating in daily operations.
You will serve as the main point of contact for guests, staff, and external partners, and represent the hotel five days a week.
The cluster director oversees two locations and is therefore not always on site; for the Linz location, you report to her and are under her supervision.
Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel operations, with a focus on the front office.
Ensuring quality standards in the reception area.
Our restaurant is leased to “Da Giulio,” so we are not responsible for food and beverage operations.
Team Leadership and Scheduling.
Guest and Complaint Management.

What you bring
Have completed training in the hospitality or food service industry and/or have a degree in hotel management or business administration.
You have several years of experience in an operational management role or a comparable position in the hospitality industry.
Excellent knowledge of POS and PMS systems.
You are a motivated team player and team lead.
A strong hands-on approach and a professional attitude toward meeting guests' needs.
Good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
