Job Description
- Management and organization of the entire service and conference area.
- Responsibility for developing an attractive program.
- Active participation in serving food and beverages.
- Leading, supporting, and motivating the service team, as well as training new employees.
- Workforce Scheduling.
- Handling various administrative tasks (ordering food, creating meal plans, responding to emails, etc.).
- Close collaboration with management, including creating the menu.
- Ensuring, implementing, and complying with the established occupational safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Environmental awareness with a focus on sustainability and material usage.
- Ensuring that food, consumables, supplies, equipment, and machinery are handled with care.

What you bring
- Completed training as a hotel or restaurant manager.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable work environment and position.
- Extensive experience in organizing and running events.
- Ability to work in a team, motivation.

- Proficiency in administrative tasks and IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
